From 2003 to 2005 he worked in Krishna critical child care center, Baroda and Varun children hospital as Paediatric and neonatal intensivist. He joined Kasturba Hospital in 2005 as consultant Paediatric and Neonatologist. From 2012 he joined Lotus Hospital as full time consultant Paediatric and Neonatologist.

In this period he treated almost 20000 neonates and 50000 paediatric patients with various medical and surgical disorders.

He has very vast experience of managing critically ill neonates.

He is very experienced in managing VLBW ( Very low birth weight) babies, weighing less than 1.2 kg.
Successfully treated many neonates weighing less than 1 kg, lowest was 575 grams. Very well experienced in Neonatal ventilator, blood exchange transfusion, umbilical line insertion, ICD insertion for Neonatal pneumothorax., brain cooling therapy. Also very well experienced in well baby clinic, vaccination, various pediatric diseases including pediatric emergency.
