Department headed by Dr. Sanjiv Desai. he is only surgeon in south Gujarat who has performed more than 5000 neonatal and paediatric surgeries between Surat and Mumbai. Practising as an advanced laparoscopic surgeon since last 20 years.

We have Advanced Laparoscopy and Endoscopy facilities and Operation theatre dedicated specially for General and Laparoscopy Surgery.

For infected Patients and other patients, we have specially designed septic OT.

He worked in Kasturba Hospital, Valsad from 1996 to 2012.From 2013, he joined LOTUS HOSPITAL and Utkarsh Health care India PVT LTD, Valsad.

He has special interest in paediatric and Neonate surgery and he is only surgeon in south Gujarat who has performed more than 5000 neonatal and paediatric surgeries between Surat and Mumbai.Practising as an advanced laparoscopic surgeon since last 20 years.

He is also the pioneer for MIPH stapler haemorrhoidectomy in Valsad.
